Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or Royal Mail with tracking and signature. Shipping fees (if applicable) include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them (if applicable) Orders over £300 are shipped free of charge. Any damage during transport will be our responsibilitly providing you have signed for the delivery as damaged.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected ALL sonos items are double boxed and most other items too.
